As the founder and head of Quality Home Locator, Carmen has been the driving force behind the company since its inception. Her commitment to providing safe, affordable, and beautifully maintained housing throughout the Decatur and Mt. Zion area has made QHL the trusted name it is today. Outside of work, Carmen enjoys staying active, cooking, and exploring new destinations.

Steven brings hands-on expertise to his role as Project Manager, overseeing QHL's maintenance team to ensure every property is renovated and repaired to a high standard — on time and within budget. His dedication to quality workmanship keeps our homes in top condition for residents. Outside of work, Steven enjoys tackling home projects and spending time with his family.

Marissa is the organizational backbone of Quality Home Locator. She manages rent collection, security deposits, lease preparation, and a wide range of behind-the-scenes operations that keep the office running smoothly. Her attention to detail and unwavering dedication make her an invaluable part of the QHL team. In her free time, Marissa loves spending time outdoors with her husband and children.
