Steven Cripe

Steven is QHL’s Project Manager, responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring that every property is renovated and repaired to a high standard — efficiently and cost-effectively.

With a natural ability to problem-solve and a genuine passion for getting things done right, Steven coordinates work orders, manages contractors, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. His hands-on approach keeps QHL properties in excellent condition for residents.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys tackling projects around the house and spending quality time with his family.
