As the head of Quality Home Locator, Carmen has been the driving force behind the company since its inception. She sets the vision, makes the key decisions, and holds the team accountable to the high standards QHL is known for.

Her lifelong commitment to providing safe, affordable, and beautifully maintained housing throughout the Decatur and Mt. Zion area has shaped QHL into the trusted name it is today. Carmen believes that where you live matters — and she works tirelessly to ensure every resident feels at home.

Outside of work, Carmen enjoys staying active, cooking new recipes, and traveling whenever she gets the chance. She is also a devoted cat lover.
